Global Paragon Group (GPG) is a US-Israel based property investment and development company, specializing in property investments, syndications for private and commercial property purchases and bridge loan financing. Our main business focus is on cash-flow producing transactions with special expertise in stabilizing distressed residential properties. Our team of 15 experienced executives share a common interest in investment, real estate, development – and restoring failing properties, whether commercial or residential into strong and productive operations. The diverse expertise of our team demonstrated ability to understand market trends, identify investment opportunities, and quickly transform real estate properties. We have consistently delivered high returns with low risk, while working to rehabilitate distressed properties and build communities. We thrive off of the accomplishment of watching our property investments grow from inception, and seeing the final product continue to maximize returns. GPG devotes considerable time, effort and care into creating our business and approach, much as we do with the projects we pursue — and we’ve seen this work grow and deliver considerable return on our company and client investments. Our vertically integrated investment and management platform provides the capabilities to successfully execute all aspects of each transaction. GPG employs over 40 people and manages approximately 1,500 residential units over six different multi -family properties, and over 113,500 square feet commercial office buildings, and with significant lending activity steadily rising.The company was established in the U.S. in 2007, and is based in Texas and New York, where the majority of its operations take place. |

Whether a small renovation or new building development, it accomplish all the necessary steps from start to finish. During the initial phase of an application, its administrative and expediting specialists work together to oversee the filing, and initial plan examination. MA Engineering drafters have architectural backgrounds, and double as expeditors. Therefore, their expeditors possess the capability to independently address DOB objections, coordinating participation by the Architect, Engineer, or Contractor when necessary.
